Hydrocarbons in wastewater can cause serious problems. Hydrocarbons can contribute to volatile organic compounds emissions from wastewater treatment plants. In addition, hydrocarbons are detrimental to the health of the bacteria in the facility because they can alter the pH and oxygen levels in the wastewater.
Formula 35HD has a blend of specially selected microorganisms and micronutrients that degrade hydrocarbons such as gasoline, diesel, oil, grease, and petroleum solvents in wastewater. By effectively breaking down hydrocarbons, it improves the quality of wastewater.
