FOG (fats, oils, and grease) can cause several problems in wastewater treatment plants and food processing facilities including clogging and blockages, odors, equipment damage, reduced treatment efficiency and the possible collapse of filter-bed media.
Formula 21HG reduces accumulation of sewer grease and other organic deposits in wastewater treatment plants and food processing facilities. It establishes a biomass capable of breaking down and digesting the difficult wastes of substances such as meat, cooking oil, margarine, butter, shortening, dairy products, etc.
