Problems in aerobic wastewater treatment systems including bulking sludge, foaming, reduced treatment efficiency and elevated sludge volume index (SVI) can be caused by the presence of various filamentous organisms in the wastewater.
The special blend of microorganisms in Formula 45F slows the accumulation of filamentous organisms in aerobic wastewater treatment systems. It generates a dense, good-settling floc with excellent dewatering characteristics. This formula may be used in conjunction with chlorination, hypochlorite, or peroxide programs for plants with severe filamentous bulking.
